Yes in Harare, and outside Harare arrangements can be made with delivery companies.

The Government Gazette is not a newspaper, It is a Government weekly publication governed by Ministry of Justice to inform the public of legal notices, it is not sold in the street but from Publications sales branches in five major towns of the country. A lot of people confuse it with The Financial Gazette.

It is simple, you simply pay an annual fee of $160.00 and start getting your weekly Gazettes the proceeding twelve months.
